Frank & Wendy Saba

Frank Saba has spent his career working for the health and wellbeing of the community he loves – the cities and towns that make up the Blackstone Valley. He and Wendy have been lifelong advocates of behavioral health and human services. After many years of service as CEO of Milford Regional Medical Center, Frank turned his attention to a gap in healthcare that he had long observed: the difficulty local families and individuals experienced finding behavioral health services when and where they needed them.

Riverside’s new Integrated Behavioral Healthcare Center

In Spring 2020, Riverside will move into a new, larger Behavioral Healthcare Center at 176 West Street in Milford. The new center will address the growing crisis in access to mental health and substance use services for children and adolescents in south central Massachusetts as well as expand services for adults. Riverside is the largest community-based provider of outpatient mental health and substance use services in the area.
