The most important insights come from the people we serve. Our annual satisfaction survey gives the people we support a direct role in shaping our programs and identifying our successes as well as avenues for improvement.

We are very pleased that over 95% of this year’s survey respondents “Strongly Agreed” or “Agreed” that they were satisfied with the services they received. This score represents Riverside’s highest satisfaction rate in three years and continues a positive trend, as our 2024 client satisfaction rate was 93%. Particularly encouraging is that 71% of respondents selected “Strongly Agree” when asked about their overall satisfaction.

The impact of these positive results is amplified by the remarkable growth in survey participation. Riverside received 934 total responses in 2025, a 46% increase in participation over the past two years, when we had 661 in 2024 and 639 in 2023.
