Riverside Makes Connections with Lesley University Students

You can usually find Riverside’s Talent Acquisition team on the road attending college career fairs, making connections with students and career services staff. They are on the frontline, spreading the word about Riverside and what a wonderful place it is to work. With over 100 programs and plenty of room for growth, Riverside is a great place for recent graduates to start their careers!

Armed with our little, friendly, squeezable mascot, Barnaby, Riverside lint rollers (yes, you read that right), and informational folders our Talent Acquisition team was ready to take on another career fair! On April 25 they had the pleasure of attending the Lesley University Career Fair, in Cambridge, MA. Our team met with over 30 intelligent, compassionate, and engaging students—important qualities for our future hires— eager to enter the workforce upon graduation.

Many students had already heard great things about Riverside through their friends and classmates who currently work at, or intern with, one of our programs. We heard particularly wonderful feedback regarding the programs led by Jason Moscato, Senior Director of our Riverside Outpatient Center and The Guidance Center Outpatient Services in Cambridge, and Bowie Johnson, Program Director at The Guidance Center Outpatient and In-Home Therapy Services in Somerville. But, we can’t say we’re surprised to hear that!

We are also excited to share that Meg Connor, Associate Director of Field Training from the school’s Counseling and Psychology division, will be coming to our Dedham office over the summer to discuss further collaboration between Riverside and Lesley University’s graduate program. We are all looking forward to deepening our relationship with Lesley University and continuing to work with their excellent students.
