I am extremely proud of Riverside’s unique culture and the lasting legacy of employees. Often our employees share their passion for working at Riverside by referring their friends and family members for jobs. In fact, almost a third of our hires in 2015 came from employee referrals. We even have generations of the same family working for us. Barbara Dallin is the Program Director of our Psychiatric Day Treatment program in Newton and her daughter works for Riverside in Needham and now a third generation, Barbara’s grandson, is working for us in Somerville. Amazing! Barbara’s 30 plus year commitment to the organization is not unusual, as employees often work for Riverside for many years, with a third of our employees now working here for 5 plus years.
With our employees’ referrals and their years of dedication to the job, we have a very low job vacancy rate, of about 7%!
