Brandi Ditch

Vice President, Behavioral Health Services

After leaving Kansas to start her career at Riverside, Brandi Ditch has dedicated the majority of her professional journey to Riverside Community Care, collaborating across all service divisions. She began in residential services before transitioning to community and home-based care for youth, eventually moving into outpatient services. Drawn to leadership, Brandi is passionate about developing future providers and leaders while expanding clinical services with established evidence-based care and emerging treatments. She is also focused on leveraging technology to enhance care and improve efficiencies within the Behavioral Health Services division.

Brandi brings a deep sense of compassion and dedication to both her work and personal life. She has opened her home as a foster parent and is a proud mother of three—two grown sons navigating their own paths in adulthood and a spirited young daughter who keeps her on her toes. When she’s not working to advance behavioral health services, she enjoys time with her family and embracing life’s next adventure.
