Kimberly Martin

Kimberly Martin is the Executive Director of Riverside Trauma Center and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience in direct care, program development, leadership, and trauma response. She has worked extensively with individuals, couples, and families impacted by domestic violence, sexual assault, and mental health challenges and previously served as Assistant Vice President of Riverside’s Child and Family Services division for nine years. Kim is a certified Health and Wellness Coach through Duke Integrative Medicine and holds a certificate in Non-Profit Management and Leadership. A long-time member of Riverside’s Critical Incident Team and the newly appointed Massachusetts 988 Commission, Kim is passionate about supporting staff through wellness, resiliency, and equity-driven initiatives. She maintains a private practice and serves on her town’s Human Rights Committee. Outside of work, Kim enjoys kayaking, photography, traveling with loved ones, and relaxing with her dog, Ollie.
