Blue Jean Ball

I am thrilled to announce that the Blue Jean Ball sold out well over a month before the event. This event always brings together such a great community of our supporters and we look forward to it every year. This year I am excited to welcome The Lee Boys as our musical act. The Lee Boys are a gospel and funk band based out of Miami, Florida that plays in the Sacred Steel tradition. “Sacred Steel” is music that is a unique form of Gospel music that relies on pedal and lap steel guitar. It is infused with rhythm & blues, jazz, rock, hip-hop, country and musical influences from other nations. They are a family group that grew up playing music in their church where their father and grandfather, Rev. Robert E. Lee was the pastor and a steel player. The Lee Boys have played around the world, including headliners at the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival, Bonnaroo, Austin City Limits and more. One thing is for sure; this band will get you up and dancing!

We can’t wait to see you all at this year’s Blue Jean Ball. Don’t forget to wear your favorite jeans and some dancing shoes!
