Paulo Fulton

Executive Vice President

In his role as Executive Vice President, Paulo oversees the delivery of Riverside’s broad array of services and supervises the vice presidents of four divisions – Behavioral Health, Child and Family, Community Living, and Developmental and Cognitive Services – as well as the vice president of human resources and Riverside’s chief medical officer. A licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW) with many years of counseling and clinical management, Paulo has a BA in psychology from Stonehill College, a master’s in clinical social work from Boston College, and an MBA from Suffolk University. He most recently served as Riverside’s chief human resources officer. In addition to fulfilling dance dad duties for his daughters’ musical theater and dancing activities, Paulo enjoys hiking, golf, and anything Star Wars-related.
