Our Quality Management Program

Riverside’s Quality Management Department oversees an integrated system of data collection and evaluation that assists our managers to monitor and enhance the services/treatments provided.

The department is staffed with seasoned professionals with backgrounds in nursing, social work and healthcare management. The department works through the Quality Management Oversight Committee, whose membership includes all senior and executive managers, to ensure that all Riverside programs continually strive to provide the people we serve with the most effective and caring services and treatments.

We are proud of our quality management program and are pleased with the results of our efforts.
