Job Title: Bachelor's Level Mobile Crisis Intervention Staff Job Code: FBCOW2 Division: Family & Behavioral Health Schedule: Full-Time/Part-Time/Relief Shift: All Shifts Available Location:Upton Position Summary: Excellent full-time, part-time, and relief opportunities to provide mobile assessment of consumers in crisis in community locations. Bachelor level clinicians will work collaboratively with Master's level clinicians to assess, intervene, and stabilize people in crisis, particularly children and adolescents. Full time and part time positions will work from our community Emergency team sites in Upton and Norwood. Relief clinicians will have the opportunity to work from home, carrying a pager and responding to crisis intervention situations in community locations. Great opportunity to work with Emergency Services Clinicians in assessing and stabilizing mental health emergencies. Full orientation, supervision and training provided. Schedules available during all shifts (7 days a week, 24 hours a day).Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. Minimum of one year experience in a mental health setting with children or adolescents required. Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills required. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) required. Valid driver's license and willingness to use personal vehicle to transport consumers as necessary is required. Must be able to lift ten pounds.
