Position Summary: Rewarding part-time opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others. Perfect for individuals who cannot work daytime hours. Work as part of a team to provide direct supports, guidance, education, advocacy and supervision for individuals with developmental disabilities. Provide support, supervision, and skills training to assist individuals to function as independently as possible in their home. Interactions between staff and individuals will be guided by an appreciation for those being served as unique individuals, with the expectation and goal of mutual learning and growth. Training and orientation provided.Qualifications: High School Diploma required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Good interpersonal and communication skills required.
Other Requirements: Valid drivers license.
