FROM 128 NORTH OR SOUTH: Take 128 North or South to exit 15A (Dedham) and follow Providence Highway (Route 1) until you come to the rotary. As you approach the rotary bear right onto Washington Street. Pass the entrance to the Dedham Mall on your left, and take the next left onto Eastbrook Road. Eastbrook Executive Park is on the left. Riverside Outpatient Center at Dedham is located in building #30 on the 3rd Floor, Unit #302. |

From Mass Pike Heading East: Get off at Exit #17. Turn right at the first traffic light onto Centre Street. Turn left at the first light onto Church Street. Turn left at Eldredge Street. Riverside Outpatient Center at Newton is on your right, next to the Grace Episcopalian Church in 64 Eldredge Street. From Mass Pike Heading West: Get off at Exit #17. Go straight (west) heading in the direction of West Newton but keeping in the left lane. Bear left at the split in the road. This circles around over the turnpike and you will be facing east. Turn right at the first traffic light onto Centre Street and follow the above directions.

Rte. 128 to Rte. 1 south, follow Rte. 1 to the Norwood Canton exit ramp. Go up the ramp and bear right onto Nahatan Street. Continue to the first set of lights (Pleasant Street). Turn left; take first right after the service station (on your left) onto Cross Street. At end of Cross Street, turn right. Riverside Outpatient Center at Norwood is located at 190 Lenox Street, on your right. Go beyond building to parking lot |

Mass Pike (Rt. 90) to Rt. 495 South to Exit 21B “West Main Street, Upton.” Right off the exit ramp; go to top of hill (Garden Center and water tower are on the corner); turn left on School Street. Follow this very long rural street to the end. Turn right on Rt. 140 – clinic is 1.1 miles ahead on the right at 206 Milford Street (Rt. 140). NOTE – School Street changes names as you cross the town line, so on the 140 end of the street, the sign says “Fiske Mill Road.”

Traveling north on Route 128/95 (from Burlington/Rte. 93 area) Travel north on Rte. 128 to North Ave. exit, #39 (two exits past Rte. 93). At the end of the ramp, turn right onto North Ave. There is one traffic light just off the ramp, then a second light approximately 1 mile further. At this second light, turn left onto Church St. Turn right onto the second street (Common Ave). The town common will be on your left. Take the next possible left at the end of the common. At the stop sign, cross over Main Street onto Crescent St. The second driveway on the right will be our parking lot. Our address is 338 Main Street. Traveling south on Route 128/95 (from the North Shore) Exit 128 at the Main St/Wakefield/N. Reading/Rte. 129 exit. Continue around the rotary, traveling under the highway, and follow signs for Rte. 129 towards Wakefield. Rte. 129 will take you to Main Street, which runs along Lake Quannapowitt. Follow to a set of traffic lights. Go straight through the lights, then take the fourth left onto Crescent St. The second driveway on the right will be our parking lot. Our address is 338 Main Street
