CARF International Accreditation
Riverside is proud to have continuously been awarded the highest level of accreditation by CARF since our initial examination in 2001. This demonstrates Riverside’s conformance to internationally accepted standards. It confirms that our programs and services are dedicated to continuous quality improvement, accountability for our performance through outcomes evidence, and monitoring the satisfaction of those we serve.
QUEST Department of Developmental Services
The Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services (DDS) provides a survey and certification process to ensure high quality services. This process involves a comprehensive review of all programs and services offered by organizations across Massachusetts. Riverside has consistently been awarded the maximum, two year certification.
International Center for Clubhouse Development
ICCD provides international accreditation to Clubhouses in order to maintain consistent standards of practice across the globe. Over the last twelve years, Riverside’s three Clubhouses have all maintained their status as certified by the ICCD. They hold three year certificates, the highest ICCD accreditation possible. Our fourth Clubhouse has recently joined Riverside and will gain accreditation shortly.
Riverside’s quality management team oversees not only accreditation, but also an integrated system of data collection and evaluation that enables us to monitor and enhance the services we provide.
We are pleased to share comments from the people we serve:
"Family Partnership Services helped to keep my child home rather than being place in a hospital setting for a longer period. They helped us by providing coping skills and strategies."
